"Ms. Keeton was professional and personable in her service. That is an important combination in genealogical research. We are searching for people, family members. It doesn't get more personal than that. However, it is a business that has led to warnings of abuse due to the non-professionalism by some which could lead to a costly venture with little production. Trust in one's professionalism becomes very important here. Additionally, unlike some companies, genealogy and other industries, who host introductions but are stingy when offering the availability of resources to force clients to need their services, she was very generous in sharing a lot of tools, enabling me to continue the search myself if I choose, instead of forcing me to need her services due to my lack of information about resources available.
